I've spent twenty years designing digital products, for IHG, Thomas International, health authorities, franchise networks, and a few others across four continents. I run Lean Otter, a product design studio. And I'm building a few things of my own. Oh, and before all of this I tested games for Sega, cooked pizza, and laid roofs to fund a few years of travelling.
